The Picnic Boys were: Kev, Steve Watson, Pat Faigan, Phil Howe and several others (most often Tim MacLeod), though not all at the same time (various groupings). Tim MacLeod also played w/SYTA during their live shows and is on the "Decline & Fall" LP.
