Description:

Synopsis: Always out to make a quick buck, Paul Cosic becomes involved with shady businessman, Peter Owen. Thousands of dollars change hands as fake passports are sold to illegal immigrants, desperate for a new life. Charlotte's good friend Dan Clifford is on the brink of financial ruin. With $80,000 owing on his farm, the bank orders a mortgagee sale. Charlotte steps in to pay the debt, but instead of being grateful, Dan is furious - his sense of honor offended. When Peter Owen learns of Dan's dream of a cattle stud, he offers to invest capital which could save his farm. Owen also needs somewhere for his "business associates" to stay while in Marlin Bay. The old cottage on Dan's land is ideal. Meanwhile, Ginny unwittingly becomes involved in Cosic's money-making passport scam. How will this affect their turbulent relationship?.
