T.V. Eye Recordings was run by Steven Watson (SYTA bass player). While they went by different names (Say Yes To Apes, Hyphen-Smythe, Hyphen-Ears, perhaps Legacy Of Ears and The Picnic Boys as well, it seems it was mostly him, Kevin, Patrick Faigan on drums, and assorted others who came in and out.
